Alhamdulillah we were fortunate to have Rod Butler from Bunnings come to our school to teach the boys of 5/6 and 7 boys how to make a tool box.

The boys had to learn how to nail and put together a tool box. After they had finished the tool box, they had to creatively decorate the box.

All the boys enjoyed the activity. They learnt to work cooperatively and learnt the skills to hammer and manipulate nails. They also learnt to listen to instructions and follow a strict procedure.

Insha'Allah we will have Rod come in to tour the school every year.
